Outbound agents that hold real calls:
AI voice agents bridge into a realtime voice model: greeting, discovery, objection handling, voicemail drop, call screening, recording and live transfer to a human.
Outbound dialer with a real queue:
A dial-job queue with per-day caps, TCPA quiet hours, DNC enforcement, AI disclosure and consent management — the compliance work is in the runtime, not in a policy PDF.
Campaign builder and runtime:
An infinite-canvas flow editor (trigger, SMS, call steps, branch splits, simulation) plus YAML scripts; enrollment, conflict review, auto-unenroll and live progress read back in chat.
Contacts and CRM in the console:
Contacts hub over a kanban board with search, properties, activity timeline, duplicate merge and 0–100 lead scoring that picks the next best channel.
CRM and app integrations:
OAuth sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan and Twenty, with per-campaign filters and call outcomes written back; Gmail, Sheets and Outlook through connected apps.
Calendar, inbound and handoff:
Month/week/agenda calendar shared by agent booking tools, inbound DID routing with service-request capture, and escalation to a human when a call needs one.
