AI outbound agents for service businesses: agents that find and reach your customers — outbound calls, texts and email campaigns — qualify and nurture leads, book appointments and hand off to a human, inside one console that also acts as the team's CRM.

Real. Live calls are streamed into an AI realtime voice model with μ-law 8 kHz passthrough, a warm session pool, voicemail drop, call screening and live transfer. The latency-critical path keeps no database await inside the audio frame loop; lead context is an indexed point lookup before the stream starts.

In the runtime: per-day dial caps, TCPA quiet hours (08:00–21:00 local), DNC enforcement, AI disclosure and consent management, with auto-unenroll and unenrollment criteria set before a campaign goes live. SMS registration runs through a self-serve A2P 10DLC wizard.

Pilot work is with service businesses in solar and restoration. We are not publishing customer names, logos or testimonials on this page, and we are not publishing a number of paying accounts, because there is nothing we can source for either yet.

A live PSTN call is streamed into an AI realtime voice model, so an agent can greet, discover, pitch, handle objections, leave voicemail, take a callback and hand a live call to a person. The same agent then works the lead over text and email on a schedule that respects compliance, and books the outcome into the calendar.

OAuth sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan and Twenty, with per-campaign filters and call outcomes written back; Gmail, Sheets and Outlook through connected apps. Everything lives in one console that also acts as the team's CRM.
